Strange artifacts on the screen

I am the owner of a MacBook Pro 13 2020 with TouchBar. I encountered a problem that when working in it, various blue fragments appear on the screen. they appear very rarely, but are very noticeable when it is loaded with something (a “heavy” applications, game, etc.). Also, if I start moving the screen, more and more of these fragments of different colors appear. As soon as I stop touching the screen, then everything returns to normal.
