How to remove Microsoft Outlook on the Macbook Pro desktop

I deleted microsoft outlook, then removed it from trash because I wasn't sure if it would delete cloud items. It didn't download all the way and now I am unable to remove it from my desktop because it says it needs to download. How do I get rid of it permanently now?

Outlook using most of the storage in Macbook Air Hi, I have Outlook 2016 and MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015) with 128GB SSD running Catalina OS. Can I uninstall Big Sur and go back to Mojave? I installed Big Sur and seem to have made a mess of my Microsoft outlook. Can I uninstall Big Sur and go back to Mojave, which seems to be more compatible with the older outlook that I was using? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
