I updated the payment method it's still decline
my credit card was deactivated due to identity theft. I removed and enter the new card many times but it's still decline

Perhaps to directly contact your bank to ask for help resolving
that aspect, may gain traction? ~ Hopefully that makes sense!🙂
Or carefully read any instructions about the process to see if
some aspect detail might have been missed; or different path.🤨
