I can't see energy mode settings on my macbook pro m3 pro 14 inch

I recently noticed that I don't have the settings to enable the high-power mode on my MacBook pro m3 pro 14 inch.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 14.2

The mode only available with 14 an 16" M3 Max and 16" M1 and M2 max.

No "Energy Saver" on MacBook's Sys Prefs I am trying to control the energy saver settings on my Mac Book (2.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, macOS 13.5.2) but only can find a "Battery" setting in the System Preferences which does allow to set any settings like "put display to sleep", etc.) My MacBook is connected via thunderbolt to my Studio Display.

No Energy Saver System Settings in Ventura? I visited the Apple Store, and couldn't find the System Settings for Energy Saver on their notebooks. Do the store machines not have Energy Saver panel? Or is this a limitation on only certain newer machines? Has Apple totally dropped the put hard drive to sleep on the latest upgrade for Ventura?
