Someone please help... I have Office home & business, and using word, it won't autocorrect/spell check... it works fine on my MacBook, but why isn't it working on iMac???

First suggestion, look at Word -> Preferences -> Spelling & Grammar, and see what is checked there. For me it looks like this, though these must be the default settings, as I have not changed anything, though I regularly use two different languages:
