I started 7 day trial on January 14th and today I was cancelling the subscription and you guys have already charge for a whole year. I don’t want this subscription I was only doing a trial. Hope you can give back my money.

I started 7 day trial on January 14th and today I was cancelling the subscription and you guys have already charge for a whole year. I don’t want this subscription I was only doing a trial. Hope you can give back my money.

I started the 7 day trial on Airbrush last Sunday, by choosing the option the charged by month, now that I want to cancel it before you charge the money for the subscription, I see that you have already charge for a whole year subscription for an amount of 43.99 and this wasn’t the deal.

This is a user to user forum. As such we have not charged you for anything, nor can we offer a refund for anything here either.

Why is this happening? I started the 7 day trial , cancelled ONE HOUR later and it charged me for a YEAR. How did this resolve for you?
