I'm trying to to subscribe to apple tv+ but am unable to do so. I enter all the information, aprove the payment via my banking app, and then the appletv app just kind of freezes. how can i solve this?

you need not use the app to do it try
then if it was me then I would try again later or reach out to their support channels to see if there were issues in their end

If it was me then I would ignore what device you have or anything related to a “provider”
Sign up for appletv+ to your appleID and sign into whatever device you wish to watch it on
Im running into the same problem. If I try to unsubscribe through Roku or Amazon fire stick it refers me to apple. When I go to apple to try and cancel won’t let me and I get referred back in to “provider” which is Roku or Amazon.
