can i see if im parf of a family sharing group
Hello can I see from my device if someone has added my Apple ID to a family sharing group or if I’m joined with any kind of sharing group like work , school Sharing group?

As you will see in the support document Set up Family Sharing you can't simply be added to a group. Look carefully at the section titled 'Invite people to join your family'. To be a member of a family sharing group you need to be invited, and then you need to accept the invitation. Unless you have given your Apple ID details to someone else it can't be done without your knowledge.
You can see your family sharing status on an iPhone by navigating to Settings > [Your Name] > Family Sharing
If you are a member of a family group your name, and that of the other members, will be listed there. The organiser will also be identified.
