Time Capsule Model A1470

My unit lost power in a Thunder Storm despite its connection to a power surge protector. No lights go on when its plugged in. From what I've read in the community, there's no fix for it. Is that true? Could I possibly recover data from the HD? Thank you!

If you have unplugged the Time Capsule and plugged it back in and still nothing, the power surge has taken out the power supply on the Time Capsule.

Not a do-it-yourself type of job, but a repair shop can possibly locate a spare power supply and repair the Time Capsule or.....it that is not possible...... open up the Time Capsule and pull out the hard drive and recover the data on the drive and transfer it to another hard drive.

Unfortunately, either one of these will likely be more expensive than you might imagine.
