outlook woes 2024

This has been an ongoing issue, so please go lightly on me because I've worked on my whole entire new system for my business for two years and we are in the homestretch of some really big things and I can't afford another setback… I just want to know how to consistently get my Outlook to work on my Mac computer I keep getting the keychain message and it will not accept any of my passwords to get into the Outlook. outlook.office.com wants my confidential information stored in my keychain…
