To recover files after emptying trash bin

I wrongly deleted my recent files and cleared them from my trash bin as well. pls suggest me a way to recover them..

after you empty the trash, those files are gone. you can use your Time Machine, or another form of backup to recover those files. if you don't have a backup, you likely will never see those files again.


you could try a data recovery company, but if your Mac is 100% flash storage, even those companies may not be able to help you.


if you have no backup, then you may need to use this situation as a hard lesson learned on why it is important to keep a backup of any data you don't want to lose. sorry.
