I need to download an Entire text thread I've had with one of my contacts. It's rather long. Apple only offers screenshots and export to PDFs of a selected portion of the Messages app conversation. This is not the solution I am looking for as that would be far too time-consuming and tedious. How do I download the entire conversation from the beginning to the end? I do not want to use third-party software as that might not be secure.

You will need to purchase touch copy or imazing to export the message from phone to computer.
There is no way around it as stated by muguy.
