Apple Watch SE and Dexcom g7 issues

My Apple Watch SE and my iPhone 10 SX Max has major connectivity issues with my Dexcom G7. It constantly loses the signal even when my phone is in my hand so it literally can’t get closer to my phone than that. I actually only purchased the Apple Watch just to have the ability to quickly check my Glucose readings without having to pull my phone out all the time. This is a ridiculous problem and needs to be fixed ASAP. This was a huge outlay of cash for something that doesn’t work as well as it should.

Is anyone else experiencing a connectivity issue as badly as this?

I have had the exact same problem. I just discovered the modular option instead of the basic face with the one single complication as long as I keep pressing it it stays on. This is a big mess up. I don’t know how to fix it. It’s really annoying.
