Personal Hotspot Missing in Setting

After using my previous SIM in new IPHONE 15 Plus (IOS 17.1), Personal Hotspot is missing in Setting whereas the Personal Hotspot was working well with same SIM in my previous Iphone Model so I believe this is not SIM Carrier issue. Already tried doing network reset and phone reset couple of times. What should i try to fix it ?

I was using personal hotspot but I lost the configuration after I reset the network I was able to connect my iPhone pro max 14 with my laptop and android phones . But I have lost the hotspot function after I reset the network. I tried to get it back through setting then cellular then it shows me personal hotspot on the list of cellular data for cellular data but it doesn’t allow me to turn it on.

There is no Cellular option in my iPhone 14 I can not turn on Personal Hotspot and there is no Cellular option in Settings menu. Is there any one in community with same problem and how did you resolve it?

I am unable to set up cellular and hotspot on my iPhone I just got my new iPhone 14 and in trying to get a hotspot but I can’t and I’m trying to set up cellular but that still won’t work [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Hotspot is carrier specific feature --> Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) The agency who issued the SIM to you

Click --> If Personal Hotspot is not working on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi

See the Pic below the Hotspot is made available based on the Mobile Data selected and the feature that is enabled by the Carrier

Thanks for your reply. Since this was working in my previous Iphone Model, does it need to Enable again by SIM operator after device gets changed.
