Bootable USB Installer issues

I have a Mid 2011 iMac. I have erased everything basically off the system so I’m left with OS XBase system and the 1TB Hard drive.

my issue is that when I select in Utilities “Reinstall OS X” I am meant with a screen that says “to set up the installation of OS X Yosemite, click continue” then after that it verifies and I’m meant with “a required download is missing”

now I have already installed the USB in and followed the directions their but I’m still meeting a the end of the circle which is the beginning. Basically sending me in a loop.

bring how many times I have restarted and shut down this computer in the past 12hrs. HELP!!
