I’ll press the record button and it starts recording but when I stop it, it glitches and doesn’t save into the photos app. I noticed when trying to record with other apps it did the same thing. I tried to clear up storage (deleted a couple apps and 200 photos and videos). I also tried to restart my phone and it worked for a minute but isn’t working now. (I have an iPhone 13 Pro, IOS 17.1.2)
A more drastic measure could be backing up your iPhone and performing a factory reset. However, before doing this, make sure you have a recent backup so you don't lose any important data. You can back up your iPhone through iCloud or iTunes/Finder on a computer.

I have iPhone 15 having same issue
Same here this morning recorded about 5 videos and none were saved. Anyone found the solution to get this fixed ?
