14 P Max Tethering issues

I installed iTunes, restarted, and set my iPhone hotspot to USB only, plugged it in, and my PC recognises the iPhone and brings up iTunes but DOES NOT recognise / connect to my hotspot.

Can someone please help me get this resolved?
