Alarm stops background sounds

why do my background sounds stop working when alarm goes off?

it’s super annoying, especially if I choose to hit the snooze button because I have to reset the sounds to start again.

is there anyway to make sure they’re not fully disrupted just because the alarm goes off?

Why does my alarm randomly mute itself? Even when I’m in another room. Why does my alarm randomly mute itself? It has done this twice within the last month or so and I’ve never had a problem before. It went off at the normal volume, I hit snooze, then I woke up much later with it silently going off. Then tonight, I heard my bedtime alarm (a totally different alarm) go off while I was in another room then it suddenly decreased the volume to barely audible. I’ve read that there is an attention aware feature but I wasn’t even in the room this last incident.

After latest update, my alarm is too quiet-i checked under these articles but no slider for volume under Sounds/Haptics After latest update, alarm sound is too quiet!! I looked this up under articles but under Sounds/Haptics i don’t HAVE a volume slider under “alarm” bc there IS no “alarm” section. Late for work twice even though I check volume using a video as I set alarm each night!! Plz help, ty

Are you referring to the iOS Clock app or a third-party alarm clock?
