WINDOWS 20H2

My laptop was “updated” today with WINDOWS 20H2 and OS Build 19042.630. Almost everything is now broken folders and corrupted files. I don’t know who has done this to my computer, and when i tried Uninstall Last Update, the instructions were unreadable. Does anyone know what should be done?

Apple Update caused hard drive issues Tried to create a new folder in my Seagate HD it worked previously, until apple issued an update, have discovered this was then issue, I can't reformat as I would lose everything, last straw, will now get rid of all apple machines and go over to windows, they have lost a customer of 30 years, but I don't suppose they care !
