No audio in Windows 10 via bootcamp

I have a 2016 16" Macbook pro with Windows 10 via bootcamp. No audio since last night but was fine before that. Speakers worked in MacOS on the same laptop. Microsoft support failed to fix problem after 2 hours. They insisted that this is Apple's bootcamp issue. Tried the suggestions given in Download and install Windows support software on your Mac - Apple Support, but failed to fix problem! Please advise. Thank you.
