Try to start up in Safe mode, then normal boot could solve your issue.

Start up your Mac in safe mode – Apple Support (AU)

If it doesn't help, try to run Apple Diagnostics if your issue is caused by hardware related error.

This is a user-to-user forum. We don't have Ayrss's e-mail address and have no way to notify that person that you have a question for them.

That is the profile of someone who came here one or two times, to ask for help – not the profile of someone who is likely to be checking these forums often for a chance to provide help to others.
