Focusright audio mixer not working after loading Sonoma 14.1.1

I use a Focusright Scarlett 18i8 sound mixer with my ProTools audio recording system. After loading the new Sonoma OS, the mixer will not connect with my iMac. Although the Scarlett is supposed to link natively it does not. I uploaded the latest driver package from Focusright but still no connection. Any help appreciated.
