I need help paying my apple bill

However, from your question, I am understanding that you are not sure how to pay for an “Apple bill”. I am assuming you are referring to some sort of Apple subscription.

All Apple subscriptions are billed through the payment methods on your Apple ID, in order of how they are listed. You can see your payment methods on your Apple device in Settings > Apple ID > Payment and Shipping. Since this question was put under the Apple Card topic, I’m assuming you are wanting to pay with your Apple Card. I’m pretty sure it should be added to your payment methods by default, and subscriptions will automatically bill your payment methods.
