Screen time glitch Macos sonoma 14.2.1

Hi

My parents have put screen time settings on my mac. Tehy where working fine until u saw a available update to the a new version. So i did the update to mac os sonoma 14.2.1. However this weird image keeps popping up saying screen time restricted these secure websites. i click ok and then it pops up again straight after. I told my dad and he completely disabled all screen time settings however this weird pop up keeps appearing. I also cannot access any apps because of this pop up making my device practically useless
