Downgrade iCloud

Hi! I wanted to downgrade my storage plan in iCloud from 2TB to 200GB, because i currently using only 196GB, so i don't need 2TB storage plan anymore. I'm choosing 200GB plan, but i CAN'T submit this plan (Done button is not clicking), WHYY???

How can I downgrade my iCloud storage plan? How in the world do I downgrade from my 9.99 2TB storage plan that I truly have not needed but can’t seem to downgrade to the free one. What do I do anyone please?! [Re-Titled by Moderator]

I'm in the same situation. Its like they dont want us to downgrade so they made it difficult. Make sure you have updated your iOS this may be the cause
