iOS 17.2 & No Bluetooth connectivity.

As All My devices updated to 17.2, All Bluetooth connectivity has gone. Our entire office has ground to a halt because of it. We are so angry , printers, speakers , everything gone . What the **** are Apple doing about it? I’ve seen post from months ago about the issue. This is costing us money.

I recently updated to iPadOS 17.2 on my iPad mini 6 from the last version of 16 and now Bluetooth is broken. When I turn on my Philips Bluetooth headphones that I've been using for years with no issues, it connects and then quickly disconnects and shuts off the headphones. It keeps doing that.

I've tried everything I can think of, including paring the headphones again. I'm also getting electronic noises from the right channel. This is terrible.
