When receiving a message notification from facebook messenger the notification badge on the lock screen only shows the messenger logo, how do i put it to have the profile picture of who is writing to me ? I know people that have it but me I don’t how do we activate it ?

Thank you for your response when I receive the notification it is still only the messenger logo is there another option im missing out I don’t understand
