Apple Pay stopped working after latest update

I have tried and tried to get my card to verify on apple pay, before today everything worked completely fine no issues. After the update and signing up for door dash it suddenly just stops working and needs verification. I have removed it and put the card back on apple wallet, I have tried other cards, other payment methods like paypal and none of them worked. I have canceled all of my subscriptions and nothing is working. I know it is not an issue with my bank as they do support apple wallet and apple pay. I dont understand why it is not working and need help. I need it fixed today as well. No questions.
