"ExploreSyncFld" will damage your computer. Window will not go away.

My Mac will not let me close a window that says that I have malware on my laptop. I have gone through and deleted what I could in my files and the issue is still there. I have followed the directions on how and what to clear in my finder and below I will attach /Library/LaunchDaemons.

You need to provide screenshots for all 3 of these locations to make sure all files have been removed.

/Library/LaunchDaemons

/Library/LaunchAgents

~/Library/LaunchAgents

In the one screenshot you provided, all of those files need to be deleted after starting in Safe Mode, but without the other 2 screenshots, other files may return.
