Name and PhotoSharing/Contact Poster not working

I have tried to enable all basic checks but still I couldn't able to see any of my friends contact posters and they coulnd't able to see mine. For them its working fine ( I have checked with almost 20+ members) and they are enjoying this feature except me 😒

Cheques I have followed:

• My device is upto date (17.2.1) and my friends devices as well.
• I have enabled "Name and Photo Sharing" and "Share Automatically" = "Contacts Only" in myCard.
• Contacts stored in icloud only.
• Restarted my device multiple times by disabling the contact poster option and then turned it on.
• I have pinged to my friends in iMessage just to load their poster
• I have enabled "Show my Caller ID" in phone app settings.
• I have made "Incoming Calls" as FullScreen in phone app settings.

Still my contact posters are not loading to my friends and also I couldn't able to see their's. Please help me on this 🥲
