Sonoma 14.2.1 security update broke iTunes?

Since today's Sonoma 14.2.1 update, iTunes crashes before opening, spinning beach ball. What steps to correct?

Hi,

The iTunes app is not compatible with latest MacOS. Use music app instead.

Try rebooting your computer.

Thanks for the reply Jim, I meant to complain about Music being broken but longtime Apple user so used incorrect terminology, sorry for that unhelpful title...

It's fixed, the music library on my external HD became unlinked AND Music crashed instead of opening with the wrong (or missing) library so I had no clue (or more precisely, warning - I'm looking at you Apple!) that that was the issue until I just guessed at trying to open Music while holding the option key to find the library. Usually this happens with my photo library. A lot. Sigh. Apple OS.

Thanks again Jim especially to Reboot the computer (LOL). Always the first step, and always power down not just restart. I know. Thanks.
