How do I delete the NOTO fonts?!

I just followed this...

How to delete NOTO fonts from MAC (THAT WORKS!)

1. Open App Store on your Mac.

2. Download RightFont

3. Find the Noto fonts.

4. Once the fonts appear on the right panel, uncheck the green checkmarks that are above each font to deactivate them!

... and yet I still have to wade through these utterly useless fonts on Premiere and Photoshop. I'm pretty sure Steve Jobs would've given us the option to delete them by now. Anyone know a Tim Cook work-round? (and I don't mean the "star" method)
