Can’t upload photos to iCloud in files

I recently upgraded to iOS 17.2 and now when I try to save a picture to files it gives me the message can’t copy “Img _5509.png” The file couldn’t be copied because it either doesn’t exist or the folder it is being copied to doesn’t exist.

Then I found in my photos app an album, under the “utilities” section, with the title, “unable to upload”. These are all photos and videos been taken from my iPhone 13 and none of them have been imported to my phone. Therefore, I assume that there is no chance for them to be non compatible to iCloud. Plus, my iCloud storage is up to 50gb and the remaining free storage is more than 40gb. And of course iCloud for photos is always on. Whatever solution I found on internet didn’t help me. Anyone could help me how to sync those photos to iCloud?
