When I used the movie app before they merged to Apple TV it would show all my shows and films I had purchased.
now I am missing more then half of my library.
When using Search on one of the missing movies, does it show Buy or Rent, or does it show Play? If it shows Play, then it would know that it is a purchased title … Not a real solution, but at least nothing is lost.
Else contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance.
I found out the reason. I had in settings an age restriction and the approval app so I had to approve someone logging in on my phone. As soon as I took it off all my movies are back.
This happened to me too! Any chance you have multiple accounts each in different regions?
since ive updated my apple tv i have lost half my purchased movies. it isnt showing up in the app. i had 74 movies now it is only showing 20
