Email not working. Windows.net?

Saw this for the first time today. An explanation from Microsoft or Apple would be nice. What exactly is this message indicating? What information is being shared?

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device or/and have Jailbroken. 

Any update on this? I am too running into this issue now, but nothing happens when I click cancel or continue. It just continues to loop with this prompt and I can't close it or type in my password
