iPad Pro 12.9 (6th gen) battery draining quickly

Hi everyone, I bought my iPad about 20 days ago and I’ve noticed that the battery is draining too fast. Today I’ve used it for 3 hours (2 hours on Notability (with Apple Pencil) taking notes, and another hour playing Homescapes) and the battery dropped from 100% up to 10%. What shall I do?! Any help would be greatly appreciated, xx

My iPad battery drains fast! An hour ago my iPad was at 100%. Since, I have done the NYtimes crossword, a bit of texting, and a bit of Facebook. The battery has dropped to 72%, and it just seems awfully fast. I close apps when I’m not using them. It is a new Sixth generation iPad Pro. Just while typing this, it has lost another percent.

iPad battery rapidly draining when not in use My relatively brand new (2 months old) iPad 10th gen is charging very slowly (16 hours to get 96%) then draining extremely fast even when not using! Three hours of NO use went from 96% to 54%. What is wrong?
