27 inch studio display horrible sound, too much bass, equalizer needed

I just received a studio display 27 inch and studio computer OS Sonoma 14.1.2. Spoken sound for instance TV news , has too much bass and as such is difficult to understand. I am almost 70 and getting older means a loss of hearing the higher frequencies. This means the bass sound from the studio display overwhelms everything. There are no sliders to change that. This is a big disappointment with this new display. I compared the same You tube video on my iPhone 14 pro max which sounds much more clearly and thus can be much better understood. What can be done to improve this? Are there equalizers to improve the sound? Why this expensive display has no sliders for adjusting the sound frequencies????
