Since I did an iOS system upgrade to 17.1.2 on my iPhone 12 - whenever I create a new playlist, the playlist cover no longer allows the option to show the old 4-up album cover - but automatically converts to one of the lame new preset covers. Is there a way to get back to the 4-up album cover view? I would like it to be consistent with my other pre-upgrade playlists' covers. Thanks!
I contacted Apple in January and they said it would be fixed in the next software upgrade. Nothing yet !.

I contacted Apple help and they have told me that they are aware of missing album art and it will be fixed in the next software update. Not sure why this wasn't picked up during release testing !
