Different Apple ids for iCloud and Store on iPad

I subscribe to Apple TV+. My Apple TV device connected to my TV allows me to, and I do, use different ids for iCloud and the Store so that I can subscrbe to and view Apple TV+ using a different id from the one that connects my TV to iCloud and my iMac. My iMac also allows the use of different ids, so that the computer is connected to iCloud (and my TV) with one id and to Apple TV+ with the second id. But I cannot see how to do this on my iPad. When opening the Apple TV app on iPad I do not see an option to use a different id than the one that connects the iPad to iCloud and so I cannot yet get access to my Apple TV+ subscription on my iPad. Can you help? Thanks.

In the support article: If you subscribe to Apple One and use a different Apple ID for iCloud - Apple Support Apple alludes to using a different Apple ID for media, subscriptions, and purchases, but doesn't describe how to do this.

In iOS/iPadOS: Go to Settings > [your Apple ID] > Media & Purchases. Sign out of the current ID and sign in with a different one.
