WhatsApp HD Option is not available in iphone 13

I can't find the sending HD images\videos in the latest WhatsApp on my iPhone 13. I updated WhatsApp to the latest version, and my iOS upgraded to 17. 12 but still the HD option is not seen in my WhatsApp.

Any help and suggestions to fix this issue, please?
