Using MacBook Pro with Sonoma 14.1.2 (but it's been like that for a while).
When switching tabs of the same application, using Command+~ (tilde) it only works if I go out of the app and come back in (I need to do Command+Tab twice) - any idea what may be wrong?

Try turning off the new Stage Manger and compare your results...

doesn't help :(
I have the same issue. cmd+~ stops working and won't start working again until switching applications twice. I have seen it on two separate laptops. I do not have Stage Manager enabled.
