I bought a new iPhone 15 today. I set up the phone. My iOS software is up to date with version 17.1.2. Here's my problem: I have face id turned on. However, when I go to settings/face id & passcode, I don't have "Other apps" as an option. So I can't toggle on Face Id for my various apps. I see in the apple community others have struggled with this problem. Does anybody have any solutions? See image below.

You would need to enable/set up face id for said apps first, then you should get that option.
You are not seeing the “Other Apps” option because no other apps have been setup with activated Face ID on your iPhone. As you setup the apps that use Face ID, they will begin to appear along with the “Other Apps” section under Face ID & Passcode.
