Remove AAA certificate from iPhone

I have an AAA cert on my phone that is not supposed to be there. I did not set up a work profile or school profile or whatever the normal conditions for this cert are. I am in a sandbox full of developers and I am getting international results when I simply google something. Things are in different languages, Safari does not even work, and I am not getting notifications even when I set them up. I really need help as this has been going on for months. I just did the most recent update which is recommended for all users, hoping it would remove the cert. Any support would be greatly appreciated. I took my phone in an Apple Store in Georgia and they said my phone’s cert is something they have never seen. I don’t want this AAA certificate. Please help if you can. Thank you!
