iPhone 12 just updated to 17.1.2 and now WiFi and Bluetooth not working. This needs to be fixed ASAP

iPhone 12 Pro WIFI and Bluetooth greyed out My iPhone 12 Pro was running normally without any issues and suddenly I don’t nowhere while it was charging. I noticed that the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth grayed out it was connected to my laptop. No WiFi or Bluetooth after iOS 17.3.1 update. Reset Network settings no longer fixes it. Please Help Lost WiFi and BT a day after 17.3.1 update and was able to resolve the issue with a Network Settings reset for about a day. Lost connection again and resetting the Network Settings won’t fix it this time. Anyone else have this problem? It’s an iPhone 12.

Turn off automatic updates. It’s all bs. They keep messing up functionality and changing aesthetics.
