Why Does not India have the acces to the PRO APP BUNDLE FOR EDUCATION as its in very need in indian Students

There is no Pro App Bundle For Educations. It is very Useful for the students who are studing filmmking and other smiler thing where they need Final Cut Pro and other apps to show they work to they world. Please allow India to alo have The Acces To the PRO APP BUNDLE FOR EDUCATION which will be a BIG THANKS FROM ME !
