I have recently switched from iphone xs max to 15 pro max but I find out that the front camera of 15 is awful, it process the photo later on and makes it dark blurry and grey. What’s the issue

There’s no issue with the lens, when i am taking picture it looks good on the screen but once it’s captured and i go back to photos to see the picture, it processes the photo and makes it grainy and dark

Seems you have a faulty device. So, stop fiddling with this. Take this in for a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. There, it will be diagnosed, and you'll be provided with your options.
If the photo is blurry, clean the front and back camera lenses with a microfibre cloth. If you see dirt or debris inside the lens, damage to your iPhone near the camera or if the camera lens appears to be misaligned or blocked, contact Apple Support to discuss service options.
