Without being a customer of the same bank you're with, it's going to be almost impossible for anyone here to answer. I can tell that my bank's app does allow me to download PDF statements directly to my phone.

You will have to check with the bank/website to see if they offer that option.

I do not know - I do not conduct financial business on my phone.
