Voice Isolation mode not working

Whenever i do a meeting on google meet or any other platform with my friends, it shows that voice isolation mode is selected but it never works. After that it keeps switching to standard mic mode. After a week or 2 that stopped, but instead of voice isolation working, it shows that it is working but the background noise still filters through.

Disable the Voice Isolation options, restart your Mac, then enable those options.

I have same issue. Using a google meeting and turned on voice isolation but music was going through
