Weird little blue box in Safari after latest iPhone update

I updated last night to iOS 17.1.1 and now I have a weird little blue box stuck in the middle of the screen in Safari (no other apps)

This is happening to me as well, but on my iPad mini. Updated to 17.1.2 and it has started to appear. Only in Safari as well, no other apps or on the Home Screen.
