É problema no software? No sistema? É problema desse modelo? Como podem me ajudar? Como posso resolver isso?! Trabalho com esse MacBook! Preciso urgente resolver isso!!!

Make sure to disconnect all external devices in case one of them is causing a problem. This could be the difference between home and the Apple Store.

Try booting into Safe Mode to see if you have the same problem. Safe Mode prevents the automatic launching of third party software during boot & login.

Try running the third party app EtreCheck and post the report here so we can examine it for clues.

FYI, when "restoring to factory default" you should perform a clean install which means first erasing the drive before reinstalling the OS. Then testing the computer before installing any third party software & before restoring from a backup. Otherwise you risk bringing the problem back. If a clean install under these conditions work, then you know the hardware is most likely Ok and you have an issue with third party software or a configuration issue of some sort. Then start by reinstalling one app at a time to see if one of them causes the problem to return. The other option to a clean install is to uninstall third party apps one at a time from your current configuration.
